CLEAN WATER CHARITY PROJECT

The goal of the clean water charity project is to build life-saving water filtration systems for communities without access to clean drinking water.

Each team receives a water filter kit containing all the components, tools and materials needed to assemble two fully functional filters. Before construction begins, participants take part in a series of engaging challenges designed to highlight the importance of communication, trust and teamwork. Some activities may involve blindfolded tasks, helping participants gain insight into the daily challenges faced by people living without reliable access to safe water.

Once the challenges are complete, teams begin building their filtration systems. Working together, participants assemble and test each filter while following step-by-step instructions provided by our experienced facilitators. The activity encourages collaboration, problem-solving and attention to detail, while creating a meaningful connection to the cause.

After assembly, teams can personalise their filters with messages and decorations before they undergo a final quality check. Each completed filter is assigned a unique tracking code, allowing participants to follow its journey and see the real-world impact of their efforts.

The event concludes with a presentation of the completed filters before they are donated through our charity partners to communities in Uganda and other developing regions. Each filter can provide clean, safe drinking water for up to 300 people for as long as two years, helping to prevent waterborne diseases and improve quality of life.
