CHARITY TOY BUILD

Creating something that brings joy to a child is one of the most rewarding aspects of charity team building.

The goal of this challenge is to create personalised toy hampers for children supported by local charities.

Each team receives a toy-building kit containing everything needed to create a meaningful gift package. Before beginning the build, teams take part in a series of fun childhood-themed challenges designed to encourage collaboration, creativity and friendly competition. Activities may include identifying famous TV theme tunes, testing knowledge of classic toys or taking on quick-fire team challenges.

Once the games are complete, teams begin assembling their gifts. Participants work together to decorate wooden toys, stuff a teddy bear, design a personalised T-shirt and write a heartfelt message card for the child who will receive the hamper.

Our facilitators are on hand throughout the event to provide guidance and support. All materials, tools and equipment are supplied, making it easy for everyone to get involved regardless of experience.

The event concludes with a presentation of the completed toy hampers before they are carefully checked and donated through local charity partners, helping to bring joy, comfort and creativity to children who need it most.
